Tonights dinner - Brazilian Feijoada - In the crock-pot now.

We really enjoyed it. Great for a crock-pot recipe. Could use

a little more spice if you want it hot. The ham hock added alot of subtle flavor so it was good as is. I didn't use bone-in short ribs (too fatty) so found some good boneless ones and then shredded at the end as in recipe. Also didn't serve with orange slices. Definitely would make again.
