Tonight's dinner was delicious.......Lamb Chops & Potatoes with Olives, Tomatoes & Feta

I love lamb chops and rack of lamb too. Did you use Kalamata olives?

In the summer, I always have several jars of them in my pantry for the Tomato Bread Salad from Ina Garten. Love that recipe with my home made croutons and fresh basil from my garden. Sadly I don't seem to be able to grow tomatoes anymore, so thank goodness for Farmers Markets.

 
I did use Kalamata olives. Oh to grow my own tomatoes. All gardening is done in pots these days so I

keep it to flowers and herbs.
