Too Sweet!

Good Morning,

My husband made a soup with our home grown tomatoes, sweet corn and butterbeans. It is so sweet we can't eat it. Sugar was not added! Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what to do to cut the sweetness?

I betcha you use some of that supersweet corn. . .

Good lord, I really dislike that stuff--it is just too sweet!

You could try a little vinegar as suggested and then add a little chicken broth or somesuch.

Remember if you add the vinegar, it will make the soup sweet-n-sour.
