Top Chef returns on Bravo on Oct 18th. It looks like they will have....

I didn't know it existed until I happened upon the day they showed all the shows in 1 day. Have you

all seen Take Home Chef on TLC? I've started watching that one too....tonight he did parmesan crisps in the oven, you can make food vessels with them or put them on soup or salad; I'd learned to make them in the skillet, but I like his method better in the oven for about 4 minutes.

Tonight he made a crab salad and stuffed into a baby mozzarella that he had scooped the middle out of, made a vessel with a lid to stuff the crab in, really interesting technique. who would've thought!

I think they said on the site that at his young age he's won more awards.

I liked Harold, so it was okay. Didn't think Tiffani should have been in....

the final...got tired of Tiff and Dave whining and carrying on....LOL...I think this year might be more interesting! It's the only reality show I had ever seen. I watched Project Runway a couple of times this summer but just couldn't get into it.
