Aaaaah!
I have 20 minutes of boring duty each morning for 6 weeks (I teach at a middle school), so I am crocheting little blankets for pets in shelters while I stand, but now I want to knit sweaters for penguins.

and speaking of yarn arts---I was so touched by a young teen girl in the JoAnn's checkout line----
she was with her foster Mom and they were buying yarn and a crochet hook and while we were waiting in line she started chaining up with her yarn and hook. she just couldn't wait to get started. I asked her what she was making---a scarf---and then told her it just tickled me that she just had to start it in the line. she might have been 13/14 or so.
