RECIPE: Traca... Any feedback on your rec: Spice Tomato Bourbon Jam ?

I am planning on jamming w/ a friend in 2 weeks. Trying to pull together some recipes. Was this a hit? I see it is not processed. Would you do anything differently w/ this?

Also, Do you think it would last til Dec?

I don't remember it and haven't canned since! I bet it was good though. Hope's recipes are

really good. I took several classes from her and eventually we became friends. I'd go for it!
