I thought it was good. If I'd never had the Daisy flan, I'd be wild about it. The real surprise
was not being able to find cajeta, and making my own. I made it years ago, but forgot how good it was. I made Rick Bayless' cajeta using 1/2 goat milk, 1/2 whole milk and it was fabulous.
The Flan Impossible Cake came together easily, released like a charm, and cut picture perfect.
