But it seems like your directions say to just salt as normal. I've got it bagged and brining right now so ASAP please!!!

Checked my book. The original recipe in the book says 3/4 tsp. sea salt. I sub 1 tsp. Kosher.

 
YU-UM!!!! If this isn't in T&T, it should be - so, so moist, tender and flavorful!
