She said she had a great time and that she'll probably be writing about it soon. Unfortunately, the Post has canceled her weekly chat, but I think the blog will still be there (A Mighty Appetite).

 
Wow! That's awesome!! It was such an eye opening experience...

I didn't get a chance to chat much with Kim but that's okay. It wasn't about me, I was just happy to bring the players together. Kudos to Carrie Oliver from www.OliverRanch.com. She sent us $2,500 worth of beef for the 4 events we did...plus all her work organizing the panel. It's such a cool idea doing artisan beef comparisons. Trying steaks side by side, it's amazing how different they can be!

Sorry to hear about Kim's weekly chat column but hopefully they'll maintain her blog. It's crazy times for sure, especially in publishing.
