Made it today for the second time. We use it as a salad by putting the lovely pink stuff into a perfect butter lettuce leaf. Also have used it as a dessert with a tooth pick skewer with a fresh pineapple chunk and marichno(sp?) cherry atop a bit of whipped cream. Great recipe. Thanks again.

I made this last night and piled the lovely fluff into a pretty butter lettuce leaf

when we got down to just a little left, we rolled that leaf up around the fluff and gobbled it up. It is such a nice recipe. I wonder how it would be with other flavors of jello, llike pistachio? I use the Dole crushed pineapple in pineapple juice, it is so good.

 
I was thinking about cranberry, as my mom is hosting christmas and having a roast pork...

Do you mix it all together or do layers, I am assuming mix. And, new to me, condensed milk in the fridge... does it whip up like whip cream? Just curious about that.
