Traca: Made the Ricotta Pound Cake for a bake sale. I had the cake on a doily covered plate,

and labeled in an elegant script. Two women followed me intho the building and engaged in a bidding war for it! It went for fifteen dollars. In this area cakes go for 5-6!

Benefit for the local animal shelter.
