doing a cooking show to be shown on the internet. I'm not sure. It was the second time that he used my mom's friends kitchen. Mom came home once again not only impressed by his culinary skills / creativity, but also his personality. She spent / observed him for 8 hours or so with his staff of 11+. She said he is so kind to everyone, jokes, laughs at himself, etc....Just an all around nice guy!

 
Wonderful to hear that. Are they in the Hamptons? I saw he was headed there. He's the most

amazing guy! If I were an aspiring chef, I'd do ANYTHING to work with him.
