That's what we use...some fresh ones from Whole foods. Love this soup...thanks from us too.

Traca, this was fab! Made half tonight, with chicken thighs and white mushrooms and Thai sweet...

chile sauce. Added an egg (a la Egg Drop Soup)and of course some of my everlasting coriander. DH really was impressed. He's not too much of a gourmet, but this got his attention on a cold, windy night. Have enough for another round tomorrow. This is a keeper. Thanks!
