Traca's "Ginger-scented Pecans"...how did I miss this!

I'm posting it again so others can see it. Made a small, small batch to test them out. Yum!

Going to have to sell my right kidney on ebay to buy a large quantity of pecans for this. Price is more than double what I paid last year.

Just curious- what are they getting for pecans down there? Just went to the co-op and paid $6.95 lb.

I like to order fresh from pecan farms...they're $10-$12 lb + S/H
