"Galette" threw me. I'm trying to visualize it. Like a veggie crab cake or fritter, right

 
I had to look it up. When I think galette, I think freeform pie or tart but according to Wikipedia

has a broader definition for galette, "in the French cuisine (galette) designates various types of flat, round or freeform crusty cakes."
