Tried Smitten Kitchen's Carrot Soup because I somehow ended up with too many carrots!

As I like carrots I was not sure about eating a bowl of soup flavored with just carrots. But it is so good! You have to make the tahini and chickpeas to go with it. It keeps it from being a giant bowl of just carrotness. And so healthy too! made it several times - it's delicious. Let me know if you want me to post it.

 
You're welcome! I always increase the amounts of ground ginger and fresh ginger, plus I add some

ground cardamom and curry powder.
