Truly amazing; Pistachio Cranberry Icebox Cookie

This was the hit at our annual Christmas Bake Party yesterday. We've already made 2 more batches to have a supply on hand.

And the audible gasp from the entire room when the first stollen was tossed for a dunk into the hot butter bath?

Adding these to the line-up. Crazy busy

catering season this year means limited baking time at home so I'm looking at doing just a few personal faves, plus a couple of cookies to impress. These look impressive yet easy since they're log form and can be baked off easily from the refrigerated log (still praising the Gods for whoever created log cookies).
