Trying Krispy Kreme donut copycat recipe and want to prepare them the night before. Has anyone made

I've made cinnamon rolls several times where I made them at night and baked in the morning, but never donuts. Can I prepare the donuts..allow them to raise then chill them the night before?

Then do I take them out of the refrigerator and allow them to 'set' a while before frying?

this is no help to you , but must say, uncanadianly, that krispy kremes are so much better than tim

hortons now that they're pre-baking all of their donuts. not that i need to be eating them, anyway. at least krispy kremes are far, far away from me here in the deepest woods of ontario!
