Trying to figure out which Nick Malgieri cake this is? Would love the recipe if you have it!

I saw that one too, but it doesn't have the pistachios on top or the shaved chocolate. The one I

linked to above seems to fit, according to the poster's description.

 
Okay...I grabbed a snapshot of it and the almond sponge cake base (with pistachio option)

pasted them in a Word document, then emailed the attachment to you.
Hope you can read it.

I have an application on my computer that lets me take snapshots of the screen. Then I can paste that anywhere. It's not an image; I'm not sure what file extension it is. I'd imagine Barb's DH is going to have a difficult time converting it. I think Amazon deliberately keeps the text kind of blurry just so you can't use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on it.

 
Very interesting - I didn't even realize there was a Search box, since I have a low resolution,

and it was hidden. I made the text smaller, and found it. I took a screenshot and it worked, but as you said, the text is blurry - too blurry for me to bother with it.
Can you read it clearly via your application?

 
It's readable if I zoom to 200%...I suspect this is deliberate. I just tried

scanning my snapshots as OCR and it failed...ust grabbed the whole image rather than convert to text.
