And believe it or not, the best frito pie I had was at the airport, waiting for departure

flight. But that was many years ago...it might not still be available. Thanks for mentioning Santa Fe, Amanda, nice trip down memory lane. Must return one day soon.

We went to Zia's and Backroad Pizza last summer

when passing through Santa Fe. Both were featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. Both meals were quite tasty.
