Two Crab Salads to check out: Crab with Hazelnuts Salad

Thanks, do not know if any one has used it, but I see bags of frozen mango in the store here; I have

been buying bulk (25# boxes) of frozen mango for several years. It is wonderful, for a breakfast fruit, I just put it in a big bowl and stir gently as it thaws. Stays firm and pretty. Have used it in salad and salsas.
It will darken after a while, but with the lime juice in dressings or salsa it lasts.
