I discovered this several weeks ago and tried it with yellow and zucchini squash. It was so delicious and so quick!
Last time I was in Chili's I ordered their broccoli instead of french fries. Wow, what a wonderful taste. I'm not sure exactly how they fix it but was told they use seasoned salt. I could taste garlic. The broccoli was not greasy or buttery at all but I saw a sign of a bit of oil on the plate. So I'm not sure how they do it but their broccoli is outstanding.
