Yes Michael, we have a couple of them here in Redding

and I never even thought of looking there. I am such an Amazon junkie as our kids give us Amazon gift cards all the time for special days. It was just easy to do the "one click", I will check with the one that is close to me, if I love the sauce I want to pick some up for our son who loves to cook and loves the hot stuff like his mom does. Thanks for the reminder to buy local!

It's here on Amazon. The spice paste gets spelled several different ways. I'm fortunate

enough to have local Asian markets that stock it, but if I didn't, this recipe is totally worth ordering the necessary spice paste online.
