...and it's my own fault.
I messed around with the recipe increasing it to fill the six wells in the "mutant cupcake" pan instead of the four cakes the recipe made. I did this so I wouldn't ruin the pan by heating the pan with some wells empty. I knew I couldn't use water because I had to dump the cakes out.
And I added extra chocolate because it called for 70% and I used 62%, so I added unsweetened. Anyway, isn't there some law of physics that says there can NEVER BE too much chocolate?
And I wonder if you're supposed to let them cool down before releasing from the pan, because they all collapsed under their own weight.
I won't be making this again any time soon.
