Update on Gochujang & Cheddar Pinwheel

So I made a second batch of these tasty appetizers, but this time I adjusted it by using half gochujang chili paste (1 TBL) and half chive cream cheese (1 TBL).
It was now perfect. You don't think it's spicy at all but slowly a slight tingle at the back of the throat creeps up on you. My only quibble is that the baked pastry isn't as pretty as the original version. I forgot to take a photo, but since the chili paste color is diluted by the white cream cheese, you don't get the beautiful spiral contrast.

However...that's not a big enough issue to keep me from using this adjustment to the recipe.
