Blue Bell has a new ice cream flavor-Mocha Madness that it is just perfectly with. Coffee ice cream with chocolate chunks, toasted pecans & caramel swirl. Of course, when I was a kid all the ice cream places had dip cones, so I guess it is not that different, except I'm not putting it on frozen custard.

HARD CHOCOLATE SAUCE-DAIRY QUEEN STYLE

Serving Size: 6 (yeah, right!)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/4 cup corn oil

In a double boiler melt chips and butter together.When melted add oil. Pour over ice cream and it will harden.

It's cocoa. With coconut & palm oil...But this does sound better.

Melissa, have you tried some of Starbuck's new flavors? The Java Chip Frappuccino and the Caramel

Macchiato are great! The plain coffee is very good, too. The only one I didn't like was the Mocha Frappuccino - it's coffee and chocolate ice cream - The coffee ice cream, which is in all the flavors, is excellent, but the chocolate ice cream was flat.

around here has them.
