1 head of bok choy
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of dices fresh ginger
2 tablespoons of peanut oil
2 pinches of dry chinese chicken broth(from chinese supermarket)
1/8 cup of water
Combine all ingredients whenever you want...but bring mixture to a bubble and cook vegetable last minute, so it's crisp;prep the bok choy cut through the middle, and side, like a chopped salad....kind of sort of....but thicker.
Add a little chicken broth at end..some burned off...or wait, and add all chicken broth at the every end.
