LOL! Hmmm..... Creole remoulade over a crabmeat-topped toasted

English muffin!! Mimosas would be a great addition!

I've made remoulade for shrimp tartlets only once before, but this recipe looks very good.

Thanks for another inspiration Erin! I hope to make the oysters as an appy for Easter to go with Greek-style grilled boneless leg of lamb on my Weber charcoal grill.
