this weekend. It is from Ancient Grains for Modern Meals. So far the couple of recipes that I have tried from it are very good. This will be my first try with farro. My question is, what to serve it with. It seems to have a Moroccan flavor including cinnamon and raisins. Any suggestions please? TIA!

 
Seems to be a complete meal, how about a simple green salad with lots of mixed greens

with a cinnamon vinaigrette. Maybe with some hearts of palm and avocado thrown in.

Lamb sausage would be ideal, I think. Otherwise, maybe a salad with citrus before

or after.
