I ordered two molds and they gave me an additional mold for free! They were first rate molds (not like the $ ones from candy supply stores).

They arrived in about 3 days, which I like.

I used the Merckens chocolate colored wafers that I have on hand - and, Ghiradelli dipping chocolate that I found at Super Wal-Mart. I used double stuff oreos - next I will try Trader Joe's peppermint stuffed cookies.

They were completed in a matter of minutes and tasted fantastic!

Sure are pretty, aren't they?! You can buy the chocolate covered Oreos already...

I wonder if you paint the mold with the design, then dribble in a little chocolate before inserting the store-bought chocolate covered oreo, if it would be as pretty... hmmmm....

Which design molds did you get?

going one step further, pop them out of the mold then insert lollipop sticks in them,

put a bit of plastic over it and tie with a bow for table favors, or take-home gifts for parties or showers.

How cute is that????

I want some, but have fears of tempering chocolate.....

And I don't really want to use the wafer things....

But oh so cute!!!

You can also do the molds with...

ritz crackers and peanut butter and/or jam and/or nutella and/or marshmallow creme.

Just make sandwiches out of the crackers and proceed as with oreos.

No tempering required! You don't have to use the wafers - just use all chocolate. The dipping

chocolate is like "bark" at the grocery stores.
If you want to play I'd be happy to send off my free one to you. It's the mold with the heart on it.
Just let me know!
