that would be suitable for Thanksgiving? I really don't want a pumpkin pie, maybe something frozen. I see all sorts of yummy stuff there but have never tried any of it.

Or even a dessert from Trader Joe's?

Not from Costco, but the Jon Donaire cheesecake at Smart & Final is amazing!

pre-sliced, and each slice is individually separated by papers so it's easy to serve.

Costco has something like that that I bought years ago. It was frozen cheesecake, all sliced

with the papers you mentiond, but each slice was a different flavor or type.

They had these amazing desserts from David's Cookies this weekend

they were frozen. The berry one was INCREDIBLE. Hope they have this weekend so I can get one. They had abou 8 flavors.

Just added the link where you can order from the website but they were only about $20 at Costco. Look at that Pear Cabernet - they didn't have that one but OMG.

Also, if you have a GFS Marketplace store - they have an upscale brand of dessert - Sweet Street or something like that and they are really good.

the frozen cream puffs are good and just a couple bites big. drizzle with a bit of chocolate.done

Trader Joe's used to have a frozen Pumpkin Mousse pie

that was presliced and wonderful. I served it several times at Thankgiving to rave reviews by even those who don't like pumpkin pie.

I don't know if they still have it or not though, it's been awhile since I hosted TG.

My stepdaughter requested this pie for her birthday: Marie Callander's Chocolate Satin Pie.

I thought it wasn't going to be very good, but it was excellent. My favorite pie is French Silk and that is what this pie reminded me of. I have requested it for my birthday dessert next year. It is in the freezer section of most grocery stores.
