Watched Cook's Country making Dakota Bread. Thought it was interesting that they used a

seven grain hot cereal instead of adding (and spending big bucks on) each grain separately. Made it this morning and it is wonderful. The crust is crunchy with nuts and seeds and the inside is beautifully textured.

Having eggs for dinner tonight so I can eat more of it!

one of my favorite episodes! want to try this with some sourdough added. we took a class here and

I just received the baskets for rising and the lame for cutting and the Swedish dough whisk(although the baker teaching the class insists on using your hands). I just wish we could eat all the bread we want to bake!
