the fresh sauce posted by rosie: http://finerkitchens.com/swap/forum/index.php?action=display&forumid=1&msgid=86970
I had the dough in 2 plastic ziploc bags in the fridge for 5 days before we used it and it was fine. I left about 1 inch of the zip open to let it breath a bit. The dough was a bit too soft and tricky to get on the grill, so I will use a bit more flour when rolling it out to firm it up at that point. We made 3 pizzas and I have dough for 1 more in the freezer. DS did the grilling since they have done this before and he wanted the dough recipe. I loved the fresh tomato sauce, and we also made some with pesto.
