We had the BEST 6-cheese pizza in Sacramento.... what kinds of cheese do you suppose they use??

PS: Should be 'the' provolone. Guess I haven't had enough coffee yet this morning; fingers are still sluggish.

 
Thanks wigs...I knew there was another good one out there...the dough would

need to be fairly dense and supportive to handle this much gooey-delicousousosusousuosness.
