Weekend One: Strawberry plant update "Look Ma, I'm getting bigger!"

Karen/all, here is my myer lemon "bush" given it's more bush than tree...

It's always been basically this shape, but the gardener was cutting it into a defined rectangle that finally I put a stop to because he was shearing off all the blossoms (fruit). For scale, this is the side of my garage, so while it's not a big tall tree like my friend's at the beach, or a tiny little dwarf like we got my MIL, it gives me plenty of fruit for just me all year long.

Great tree. Mine is a Eureka Lemon and I wish it was the size of yours. However,

it just may be if I have to trim off the top half because of the cold we have had.

 
I got lucky with this size I can still cover it - I just toss sheets over the top when we get frost.

I'm sure yours will come back with a bit of a trim - fingers crossed you don't lose the whole top.
