Well, I guess our Gail's recipes truly will be completely gone for good

I am just going to say this, I really hope

that the unpleasantness that we all experienced over at the Epi swap don't come over here. It's such a shame though, all those amazing recipes and those decades of conversations that we had will be gone. Sign of the times. Paul, i'm very grateful that you have found this new home for us.

What is the link that would give us access to some of the recipes before they are all gone?

Elaine, click on Melissa's link....

May The Force Be With You in finding whatever your're looking for.

Pat in NoCAL has amazing luck with this site...me, not so much. I NEVER find anything if I populate the "USER NAME" field, but randomly find my own recipes by searching on marilyn.

Unfortunately I then get over 500 responses, many of which are simply: "Thank you (fill in the blank) for posting your (fill in the blank).

unfortunately...

there is currently a problem with the registration. We've gotten a massive influx of spam/bot signups (thousands) and the filter that I have in place is causing problems with new registrations. If I remove the filters then we will start seeing all kinds of spam in the Swap which I do not have the time or resources to deal with.

I am working on a resolution but I have limited time and resources so it will likely be a while unless we could get enough benefactors interested in supporting the much needed coding upgrades. I hope that you all can get an idea now in understanding that if a large organization like Conde Nast is having problems and abandoning old code rather than trying to update it, how much of a challenge it is for me trying to do so by myself...

If you know someone that needs to setup an account, you can contact me directly and I will need to do it manually until I can resolve this problem.
