Well, I made the hard sauce for the mince pie, and now I forget what the rest of the menu was. ;)

Happy Thanksgiving!

(Of course, I made the cranberry sauce (Richard's recipe) two days ago and it's marinating nicely. I am NEVER going back to the canned stuff, and just may need to find a cranberry supplier to eat this, year round.)
