Well, summer's over... I've seen Halloween candy in the stores,

turned the heat on in the car yesterday a.m., reached for my fluffy blanket during the night, ordered a pumpkin muffin at Dunkin' Donuts today, and got a flu shot already :eek:(

 
Hobby Lobby has aisles of Christmas, Halloween and Thanksgiving one after the other smileys/frown.gif

 
I don't step foot in those stores this time of year...

My summer is still gloriously in progress and I am getting ready to shift into fall when I go on vacation in a couple weeks.

I truly hate the intrusion of Halloween and Christmas months ahead of time. It just ruins it. Truly. Ruins it.

So, I stay out of the stores so I don't see their mockery of our wonderful holidays.
