bruschetta was the best. Usually top with fresh oregano, basil etc- the "Italian" herbs. The only herb on it was a touch of fresh lemon thyme. It really popped the dish. Very fresh. I have it in my herb garden and have only used it for tea breads and muffins. Try it!
