shrimp chipotle cream, smashed Yukon golds and braised chard) One of the desserts (we shared 4) that was simple and delicious was crostini brushed with olive oil, topped with warm Noel chocolate ganache and sprinkled with sea salt. Had it with espresso. Never heard of Noel chocolate but it was deep, smooth and decadent!
