What 1940's themed foods/finger foods to serve

We are going to have a quick get together/movie night next week (Dec 7th) after work. It's a 1940's theme as we will be watching Tora, Tora, Tora! given the date in history. What would be good 1940's/patriotic themed snacks/drinks to serve?

(Given it's a weeknight I don't think I'd have time to make dinner so heavy snacks - unless you have a quick/easy meal idea.)
