Not sure the pb cookies sound good, although I like Thai pb sauce....hmmmmm

 
We were having summer rolls at a Thai restaurant and all I could think as I dipped into the

spicy peanut sauce was "this would be AMAZING" as a spread between cookies or on a thin cake."

I have no clue what massaman taste like, but if it's anything like Thai spicy peanut sauce, it would definitely work.
