What are your favorite dishes from the swap over the years?

Let's sort of make this a trip down memory lane as well as inspiration for 2025. What are your favorite dishes of all time from the swap? The things that are in regular rotation or that you constantly use?

I thought about it tonight as I made Cathy Z's Mexican cornbread. My husband absolutely loves it and every time I make it to take somewhere, everyone wants the recipe. These are just a few that come to me off the top of my head, will have to look through my printed copies to remember others and find exact names and the contributors of them.

Cathy Z's Mexican cornbread
Buffalo chicken dip
Richard's spaetzle
Gretchen's sausage corn chowder
IIRC Charlie's (AZ or NM) brie kisses or something like that
Traca's candied bacon toffee
Pat's zucchini bread
Richard's Berlin spiced meatballs
Richard's German meatballs in caramelized onion sauce
Joe's anchovy puffs (gougere)

A few that I can think of off the top of my head:
Gretchen's Pulled Pork
Richard's cranberry relish
Pat's spicy nuts

There are so many that I have made over the years, I will have to look up some of the others. I know I have made a number of Michael's recies, Joe's and Charlie's as well as many others!! Would love Grethen's sausage and corn chowder recipe!

I know that there are many recipes I got from the Swao over the years, but only 3 come to mind immediately.
Steve 2's Potato Chive Cakes
Sandra's Arroz con Pollo
Andie Reid's Pork Cubano

As I think of more, I'll add them to the list.

What a great idea! This is what I came up with to start with:

Cathy Z's favorite chicken
Becky's Cranberry sauce
Pat's Herb Garlic cheese
Knock You Naked brownies
Microwave Nutty Caramels (though I don't use the nuts)
Charlie's No-Bake Blueberry cheesecake
Easiest Chocolate Raspberry Tart
Richard's Day-before Duck

I have looked and cannot find the anchovy gougeres. I like gougeres because they freeze so well. Would you mind sharing the recipe please?

Mango shrimp salad by Joanie, my favourite way to start the summer on the back deck
Marie-Helene's apple cake by Joe
Pear and Pecan cake by Judy
Onion tarts by Deb
Pulled pork by Gretchen
Tuscan style steak with arugula by.....Pat ?
Beef barbacoa..........seems everyone but me knew of this one
Marcella's pork braised in milk by Shaun in Toronto..........where are you Shaun? You contributed so many gems.

This is already reminding me of things I have forgotten like Gretchen's pulled pork, somebody's chicken enchiladas and maybe a different recipe with a poblano cream sauce so good I can drink it. The beef barbacoa and the cilantro lime rice.

Sandy in GA Vidalia onion and cucumber salad
Michael's Carnitas
PhotoJen's Pan fried onion dip (it appeared on Christmas Eve this year)
Ruth in SF Yam latkes

Ooh, I forgot Dawn's London Broil!

Sooo many I’ll need to put my thinking cap on, but for now:
i made Ron’s baked Vidalia onion dip this Thanksgiving, along with my
All American apple pie and good for most anything piecrust which is a staple.
The peanut butter blossoms are the favorite cookie I send to Southern California for Christmas.
I’ve never had to make the stuffing, but I know if I do it’s going to be Charlie’s grandma.
I’ve got this saved as double crust peach pie, but I think at one time it was called my oh my peach pie. It’s not summer without that peach pie.
Nlb’s chicken noodle casserole,
and of course Gretchen’s pulled pork.
Avgolemono / Greek Lemon Soup. (I think from Evelyn)
Jezebel sauce.
Apple, Pear, Dried Cranberry, Gorgonzola, and Walnut Salad with Maple Dressing.
Dulce de Leche Ice Cream Cake with Brownie Base.
Ruth in SF’s Cinnamon Shortbread.
Dawn/MO's Creamy Chicken Enchiladas.
Meryl’s lemon curd.
CathyZ chicken
Pat’s Light and Creamy Cheesecake
