What do you suggest for lunches for someone who drives around in their car

all day long making deliveries? Eating lunch out is not in the budget anymore for this single man who wants to eat healthy, but has little time for making a lunch for himself. I've suggested fresh fruits, yogurt, making soups on the weekend, freezing, heating and putting into a thermos, lunch meats and cheeses, carrots and celery sticks with dips. Any other ideas?

Pasta salads with tuna and/or beans, cheese, vegetables, etc., Chef's salad, Chili, - Also,

he can buy a prepared rotisserie chicken and use it in sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc.

He can make all kinds of wraps using tortillas, lavash or pitas. They're one-handers & can be filled

with everything from roast beef, aioli and arugula to leftover Chinese veggies with shrimp. They also hold a myriad of textures and densities to keep things from getting boring.

If he doesn't want to spend much time, and also doesn't want to buy

his lunch out, his choices certainly are limited... except for maybe sandwiches using leftovers as Steve suggested.

Other suggestions: Peanut butter, tuna (or any) salad in a well-insulated jar and spread on his favorite bread when he's ready to eat, trail mix, a Burger King Whopper Jr. once a week? ;o)
