What else can I use my little garlic roaster for? It's just a tiny, little

5-inch oven, Teflon-coated inside, and it must be useful for something else, but I haven't figured out what, yet! TIA

No? I got mine for $1 at a garage sale and I like it. Just don't like that I only

use it for garlic. Maybe I could go out of the box and try an onion (although that isn't going too far out of the box).

Actually, I meant I ended up selling mine for 25 cents since I never used it. Just use foil now.

However, my friends keep their fresh, unroasted garlic bulbs in it and say that it stays fresher and lasts much longer.

How about for making yourself an indidual quiche, casserole,

cheesecake, meatloaf, or pizza?

Funny you should mention this. I just made a crustless quiche last night

in it and it was very good and just the right size. Spinach, a little Parmesan, egg, onion, and red pepper. Thanks, Dawn!
