What food that starts out healthy, but is totally bad for you the way you eat it

For me, it's rice.

I can start with brown rice, but after adding vegetables - I add scrambled eggs (scrambled in butter), garlic oil, salt, salt, salt - and then I fry it again!

By the time I'm done, it's a heart attac in a bowl.

 
Strawberries... they get sliced, sugared, poured over shortcakes (we won't even go there...),

then don't forget the pile of whipped cream when you serve it

 
Oatmeal. Starts out as a healthy little grain

is processed till its fiber is gone, mixed with sugar, and put into a little envelope. But good and quick - tsk, tsk.

 
Oatmeal here too... but made from scratch...add

butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, heavy cream, the sprinkle more sugar on top and broil.
