It looks like 8x8. I’d just check 5 mins before it’s supposed to be done and adjust if needed. I always check 5-10 mins early with basically everything.
Came out just fine. Changes I would do is do a egg wash for a nicer look and add some walnuts and some raisins. Our puff pastry here needs some adjustments because the EU version is larger overall. The original baking time is fine.
They may have rolled the puff pastry first, then just kept it on the parchment. It looked a little manipulated. All recipes I’ve made with pp have you roll it out bigger.
