What to do with a quart of mixed berry fruit pur

My first (unimaginative) thought would be to use it as a coulis or sauce for serving

with a cheesecake or other cake slice. Layer it with some pudding or mousse in a trifle?

 
Because I had to break out the fall bedding...and socks. Marga-berry-hooties next season. smileys/wink.gif

 
we had our first snow last Saturday---but I don't think that would stop me from a margahootie or 2.

These suggestions all look good. Have frozen raspberries in the freezer that

will now have a second life!

 
One quart of semi-tasteless fruit pur

With a mixture of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries (all frozen berries), you'd think it would have more flavor. We will try cooking it down and see what happens.

Anyway, we were making berry fools for 45. Standing in Costco trying to compute tablespoons into cups (why are quantities on packages always in tablespoons?!!) and we must have grossly misjudged. Instead of making fool for 45, I think we probably made enough for 450...which would've been ok if it tasted better. Sadly lacking in oomph
