a shell. I fill with rice and whatever is in the fridge. This time it was brown rice, sauteed onions, chopped zucchini innards, mushrooms, and herbs all stirred together with some feta cheese crumbles, salt and pepper. Fill the zucchini shells and place in a pan to hold them, cover with foil and bake at 350 until heated thru.
