What'd ya make for dinner? I made this for the upteenth time - Sweet Peppers With Pasta:

Meryl, this is in T&T and we just love it. so easy and it's pepper season! I have burgundy beef in

the crock pot with carrots and onions and some of my fresh oregano. not sure if I'll serve it with potatoes or some creamy polenta.

Tonight we are having leftover chicken breast added to pesto pasta, tomatoes on the

side, green beans in orange vinaigrette, and Tiramisu (bought) for dessert. Yours sounds good! I love peppers.

Leftover grilled flank steak is being turned into fajitas

on buttered and toasted Bolillo rolls. Stuffed with sauteed red bell pepper, sweet onion, red onion, sliced garden tomatoes and garlic slices. Served with a spinach salad, with apple, craisins, and a cumin vinaigrette.

Yesterday - leftovers from holiday meal. Tortilla soup, refried fajitas ( Moyn's marinade),

southwestern quinoa salad, Israeli salad , oven baked sweet potatoes and yummy lime and plum sorbet. And I still have some soup and salad for today!

I'm with ya...big spoon of peanut butter, 2 cupcakes and a pollo loco chicken breast smileys/smile.gif
